Fiber-reinforced super-flexible cementitious waterproofing

Two-component vapor barrier cementitious waterproofing, reinforced with fibers that provide strength and flexibility. When mixed it takes on a creamy consistency, smooth and easy to apply. When dry, Fester CR-66 Fiber Force forms a flexible, impervious layer that can withstand surface movement and provides excellent resistance to crack bridging.

APPLICATIONS

• To waterproof and protect concrete, partition, precast and panel surfaces, among others.
• On walls and floors for bathroom trays, kitchen areas, laundry areas, planters, terraces, balconies, concrete tanks and water cisterns, wading pools, swimming pools.
• In walls as an efficient barrier for the treatment of humidity and saltpeter.

ADVANTAGES

• High fiber content, visible in part A and in the mixture, which provide the product with the best application conditions, additional reinforcement and the best performance.
• Bridges existing cracks and fissures up to 4 mm.
• It is fast drying and does not require curing.
• Simple, practical and fast application. It can be applied with a brush, trowel or brush.
• May be in contact with drinking water.
• It can be painted or covered with plaster, mortar, epoxy coatings, among others indoors and outdoors.
• Withstands positive pressures up to 7.5 bar (75 meters of water column) and negative pressure up to 0.15 bar (1.5 meters of water column. • Protects concrete against carbonation and corrosion. Also, resistant to alkalinity of concrete and other construction materials.
• Supports surface movements caused by changes in temperature and humidity.
